- 5 cups seedless watermelon, cubed
- 1 fresh lime, squeezed
Puree the watermelon in a blender and strain with a sieve, discarding any pulp. Stir in coconut water and lime juice, and chill in the fridge. Serve over ice, and you're done!
The natural sweetness of the watermelon is enough, but you can dissolve some sweetener of your choice into the drink if you prefer.

- 4 oz Greek yogurt
- 1 peach, sliced

Simply add all the ingredients in the blender and blend until smooth. Add more coconut water or ice, as needed. You can even freeze your fruit in portion bags ahead of time and throw into the blender whenever!
Coco-Lemon Strawberry Fizz

- 1/2 cup water
