    Please allow me to apologize to all of our followers, friends, and allies for me not keeping up with weekly blog.  There is no excuse.  At West Point, the very first day, and for the entire first year, you are only allowed to speak when spoken to, and when spoken to, you can only reply with one of four answers, “Yes Sir, “No Sir”, “Sir, I do not understand”, and “No excuse Sir.”  In truth, there was only one correct answer and it was always, “No excuse, Sir.”
